"As we continue to grow internationally, we will enter countries that have different ideas about the contours of freedom of expression," Twitter wrote in a blog post published Thursday. "The Chevrolet Volt is safe to drive and it has been safe to drive the whole time," asserted David Strickland, head of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
